ERP - Accounting Software
Complete ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) for a Medical Products Supplier. This system included Sales Order, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Cash Receipts, Inventory Management, Purchase Order, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger Transactions. Included an extensive array of reports generated and transmitted to customers nightly. EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) files were processed daily.
Sales Commissions
Developed data conversion processes to upload near real time sales and sales commission data from Visual Foxpro to an Internet MySQL Server. Developed data conversion and error checking systems to move electronic spreadsheet data from multiple sources to an Internet MySQL Server. These systems were written in Visual Foxpro. Provided general support for the existing Visual Foxpro system. Provided general programming support of new PHP and MySQL development.
AccountMate Accounting Software
Software development using Visual Foxpro, T-SQL, and Crystal Reports on Microsoft SQL Server Platform primarily for AccountMate Accounting Software modifications. Performed custom modifications of databases, screens, reports, SQL stored procedures, and procedural computer code. Data Conversion and modifications from older versions of AccountMate to newer versions.
Job Cost
Completed Data Conversion Programming from a DataFlex Database System to an ERP Accounting System for a Steel Fabricator. This system included Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll. Created from scratch a fully integrated Job Cost System.
Insurance Software
Complete Legal Malpractice Insurance System. This system included policy creation, ongoing policy maintenance, and claims management. Created from scratch an insurance premium financing system which included appropriate interest calculations
Title Insurance Software
Complete Real Estate Title Insurance System from scratch. This system included order entry and processing.
COBOL Data Conversion
Completed Data Conversion Programming from a prior Cobol system. Created a custom invoicing system and a payroll paymaster system using Foxpro 2.6 for DOS and the FoxExpress framework for a Recording Studio.
Hearing Tests
Completed a full work processing system for a Hearing Test Company. The processing begins with an electronic extraction of hearing test results from audiometer test machines from a mobile van, historical hearing evaluation according to OSHA rules, and detailed management reporting of the results.
Amazon Orders
Completed Data Conversion Programming, direct from emails from Amazon and Half.com for book orders. Large text emails were parsed, and converted to data files. Sales Order records were automatically created with the ordering and shipping address, product ordered, and shipping charges. Also completed Data Conversion Programming of an electronic EDI file from an internet drop box, and converting it to cash receipts records and T-SQL code to update invoice in a Microsoft SQL Database.
